Narrative:
I was working west low radar with small aircraft X on a practice missed approach from NC14 to int swbnd IFR, and atx Y on a practice missed approach from gso runway 32 to ILS runway 23 at gso, northeast bound IFR. Both aircraft were on vectors. I was also working several departures and overflts. I had all of my attention focused on separating the 2 overflts. The 2 missed apches were at 3000 on vectors and the separation decreased to less than 3 mi. I turned both aircraft but the separation was less than 3 mi. Prevention: be firm on initial decision.

Narrative: I WAS WORKING WEST LOW RADAR WITH SMA X ON A PRACTICE MISSED APCH FROM NC14 TO INT SWBND IFR, AND ATX Y ON A PRACTICE MISSED APCH FROM GSO RWY 32 TO ILS RWY 23 AT GSO, NE BOUND IFR. BOTH ACFT WERE ON VECTORS. I WAS ALSO WORKING SEVERAL DEPS AND OVERFLTS. I HAD ALL OF MY ATTN FOCUSED ON SEPARATING THE 2 OVERFLTS. THE 2 MISSED APCHES WERE AT 3000 ON VECTORS AND THE SEPARATION DECREASED TO LESS THAN 3 MI. I TURNED BOTH ACFT BUT THE SEPARATION WAS LESS THAN 3 MI. PREVENTION: BE FIRM ON INITIAL DECISION.
