Narrative:
Cga X off mkc to sfo reported on frequency climbing to FL230. Requested FL350 on flight plan. Stopped at FL280 due to my holding 6 aircraft over sln VORTAC from FL290 to FL390. Holding was due to chicago ARTCC shutting us off due to WX. I was extremely busy vectoring other traffic around the holding pattern. Cga X was approaching denver ARTCC boundary at this time. An automated handoff was initiated. 2 mins from boundary, the manual controller called denver sector 18 to make handoff on cga X. They said they saw him but did not say radar contact. I then told cga X to give me a 360 degree turn to the left to keep him from violating denver sector 18's airspace. Cga X then said, 'that's the worst job of controling I've ever seen'. I explained that we were holding for ord, were extremely busy and offered him our phone number to call if he'd like. He said 'I don't wanna talk to any of you'. I told him he was not the only airplane in the sky. His comments were completely uncalled for! They shook me and my manual person quite badly making a very unsafe condition. I could not get it off my mind. Several other pilots immediately commended me for the job I was doing. Management at this facility will not pursue this matter. Pilots should be reprimanded for these uncalled for comments! I was very busy! Had to tell pilots several times to not talk until talked to due to frequency congestion. ATC system is overloaded! Too little staffing, too much traffic!

Title: UNCALLED FOR COMMENTS BY PLT ABOUT ATC SERVICES CAUSED CTLR DISTRACTION.
Narrative: CGA X OFF MKC TO SFO REPORTED ON FREQ CLIMBING TO FL230. REQUESTED FL350 ON FLT PLAN. STOPPED AT FL280 DUE TO MY HOLDING 6 ACFT OVER SLN VORTAC FROM FL290 TO FL390. HOLDING WAS DUE TO CHICAGO ARTCC SHUTTING US OFF DUE TO WX. I WAS EXTREMELY BUSY VECTORING OTHER TFC AROUND THE HOLDING PATTERN. CGA X WAS APCHING DENVER ARTCC BOUNDARY AT THIS TIME. AN AUTOMATED HANDOFF WAS INITIATED. 2 MINS FROM BOUNDARY, THE MANUAL CTLR CALLED DENVER SECTOR 18 TO MAKE HANDOFF ON CGA X. THEY SAID THEY SAW HIM BUT DID NOT SAY RADAR CONTACT. I THEN TOLD CGA X TO GIVE ME A 360 DEG TURN TO THE LEFT TO KEEP HIM FROM VIOLATING DENVER SECTOR 18'S AIRSPACE. CGA X THEN SAID, 'THAT'S THE WORST JOB OF CTLING I'VE EVER SEEN'. SEVERAL OTHER PLTS IMMEDIATELY COMMENDED ME FOR THE JOB I WAS DOING. MGMNT AT THIS FAC WILL NOT PURSUE THIS MATTER. PLTS SHOULD BE REPRIMANDED FOR THESE UNCALLED FOR COMMENTS! I WAS VERY BUSY! HAD TO TELL PLTS SEVERAL TIMES TO NOT TALK UNTIL TALKED TO DUE TO FREQ CONGESTION. ATC SYSTEM IS OVERLOADED! TOO LITTLE STAFFING, TOO MUCH TFC!
