Narrative:
Marshaller guided aircraft into parked fuel pumper truck. Right wing damaged. Ramper on ground gave first officer thumbs up indicating all clear. Better training of ground guidance personnel required. Establish procedures and explain importance. Discuss consequences. Marshallers only look at nose wheel, not wings. Assure that parking area is clear of all vehicles and equipment. Explain that pilots may not be able to see swept wing from cockpit. Hire more intelligent people for more complex operations. Remember that you get what you pay for.
