Title: A CL605 Captain and a BE36 pilot approaching HPN; describe an airborne conflict that develops while both aircraft are being controlled by ATC. The CL605 Captain takes evasive action for a TCAS RA with the BE36 and the BE36 pilot is issued a 360 by ATC to rejoin final for Runway 34. A third aircraft on approach to Runway 29 is issued a go-around.
