Narrative:
While instructing my trainee; we observed aircraft X climbing into prearranged airspace without required display of a full data block.when controllers don't follow the procedures for prearranged airspace then I cannot be assured that that controller is quick looking my traffic properly. Plus; I need a data block when others are using my prearranged airspace; especially while instructing a trainee. This is just more of the same attitude held by D10 controllers who are too lazy and prideful to follow procedure.
Original NASA ASRS Text
