Narrative:
Flight was ready for departure when I remembered that the hazmat paperwork was not delivered to the flight deck. I used the belt loader to deliver the paperwork to the flight deck. I really didn't feel I did an unsafe action and followed steps to be safe. This is a common practice on the ramp and I really did not feel I was doing something wrong until a member of management brought it to my attention 4 hours later.
