Narrative:
We flew the IFR departure as per our special page including left turn at 4 DME taking off of runway 28. After passing back over VOR, and getting cleared to climb on course up J7 by guadalajara departure, they told us the IFR procedure is to turn right to fly back over the VOR then etc. Either our company hasn't updated our procedures or gdl departure is keeping the new procedure a secret from the united states. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following: advised company management re the incorrect turn on the departure chart for guadalajara and it was immediately changed.
