Narrative:
Taxiing for takeoff; runway 22 vrb; while on [taxiway] delta I wanted full runway thinking I still had one more taxiway. I kept going which was not the case. I ended up on runway 12L. There was no stop marking; hold line approach chart shows taxiway D ended before runway 12L.
Original NASA ASRS Text
Title: A pilot on VRB Taxiway D incurred Runway 12L because he was referencing a government issued approach plate with a small; incomplete airport diagram which he believed showed the taxiway terminating before the runway.
