Narrative:
After landing and exiting a high speed; noticed that the nose wheel steering was not working with either the tiller bar or rudder pedals. [We] stopped the aircraft on the taxiway that merged into the high speed exit (taxiway zulu); notified ground control and company and were towed back to the ramp. Maintenance found the bolt holding the summing link had come out; causing the problem.

Title: B757 Captain discovers after landing that the nosewheel steering has failed. The aircraft is towed to the ramp; where maintenance discovers a bolt missing from the steering linkage.
