Narrative:
Far 91 flight. Private pilot in left seat, I (ATP, cfii) right seat. ILS landing on IFR flight plan. Charter training flight. Had private pilots wife's brother/wife/daughter. ILS approach. Checklist was read and performed. Flaps/gear/3 green over FAF called tower/received clear to land. Flaps to full (30 degrees), autoplt to dead heading. Autoplt off and normal flare. Both throttles idle, no horn. Heard stall horn just at T/D. Smooth T/D at 75 KTS on centerline. No crosswind, heard grinding noise, propellers bending. Stopped within 300 yds, within 1 1/2' of centerline. I opened my door/heard rear door open and passenger departing aircraft. I turned off magnetic/bat/altitude/fuel (on floor) switches. Abandoned aircraft with pilot. Minimum smoke. No fire. Confirmed gear switch was still in down position. I landed with gear up (tower said they called me 3 times for me to check my gear; neither of us heard the tower).
