I saw tracked target entering my airspace out of 22,000'. Called up target, air carrier X, then out first officer 22,500' climbing. I owned 23,999 and below, aircraft was never pointed out to me by jacksonville center.

Narrative: I SAW TRACKED TARGET ENTERING MY AIRSPACE OUT OF 22,000'. CALLED UP TARGET, ACR X, THEN OUT FO 22,500' CLIMBING. I OWNED 23,999 AND BELOW, ACFT WAS NEVER POINTED OUT TO ME BY JACKSONVILLE CENTER.
