Center claims they cleared us to cross argal at 11,000. We understood it to be 10,000. Center advised us when we were leveling 10,000 that our restriction was 11,000 but they had coordinated 10,000 for us.

Title: MISCOMMUNICATION BETWEEN ATC AND FLT CREW OF MLG ABOUT DESCENT CLRNC TO ONE ZERO THOUSAND OR ONE ONE THOUSAND.
Narrative: CENTER CLAIMS THEY CLRED US TO CROSS ARGAL AT 11,000. WE UNDERSTOOD IT TO BE 10,000. CENTER ADVISED US WHEN WE WERE LEVELING 10,000 THAT OUR RESTRICTION WAS 11,000 BUT THEY HAD COORDINATED 10,000 FOR US.
