On climb out cabin crew reported abnormal vibrations in the aft part of the cabin. First officer (PF) also observed vibration in the control column at the same time. Declared an emergency; completed the elevator tab vibration checklist and returned. Completed logbook entry.

Title: B737-800 pilot experiences abnormal vibrations from the tail of the aircraft which can also be felt in the control column. Crew elects to return to the departure airport.
