On after start 'flow' the left pedal struck the pilots kick panel/map pouch. Pedal movement was restricted.this kick panel/map pocket needs to be re designed. In a cross wind situation this situation could be a catastrophic event.

Title: A CE-680 Captain reported a vinyl map case on the Captain's side panel interfered with the left rudder pedal's extreme left outer lip during right rudder application and could be an issue during flight control crosswind correction movements.
Narrative: On after start 'flow' the left pedal struck the pilots kick panel/map pouch. Pedal movement was restricted.This kick panel/map pocket needs to be re designed. In a cross wind situation this situation could be a catastrophic event.
