Narrative:
Normal landing in every way. Was instructed to make a straight-in to 23 and report 4 mi out. Reported benje intersection and again reported 4 mi out. At this time lowered flaps and gear and went thru landing checklist. There was no indication of any problem, no warning light or no audible signal, even after plane struck ground. Gear was only partially down.

Title: LNDG GEAR NOT FULLY EXTENDED AND LOCKED DOWN.
Narrative: NORMAL LNDG IN EVERY WAY. WAS INSTRUCTED TO MAKE A STRAIGHT-IN TO 23 AND REPORT 4 MI OUT. REPORTED BENJE INTXN AND AGAIN REPORTED 4 MI OUT. AT THIS TIME LOWERED FLAPS AND GEAR AND WENT THRU LNDG CHECKLIST. THERE WAS NO INDICATION OF ANY PROBLEM, NO WARNING LIGHT OR NO AUDIBLE SIGNAL, EVEN AFTER PLANE STRUCK GND. GEAR WAS ONLY PARTIALLY DOWN.
