Narrative:
An small aircraft was on the runway 18 localizer. I descended and turned air carrier Y for the approach in front of the small aircraft. His rate of turn and descent were not adequate. Small aircraft was pulled off the localizer.

Title: ACR WAS TURNED ONTO FINAL APCH AND CONFLICTED WITH AN SMA SEQUENCED BEHIND HIM.
Narrative: AN SMA WAS ON THE RWY 18 LOC. I DSNDED AND TURNED ACR Y FOR THE APCH IN FRONT OF THE SMA. HIS RATE OF TURN AND DSCNT WERE NOT ADEQUATE. SMA WAS PULLED OFF THE LOC.
