Narrative:
My crew of 3 flight attendants; pos 1;2 & 4 worked a reconfigured 737-800 aircraft which had just entered the system with over 150 seats. The company is in process of reconfiguring 737 aircraft with over 150 seats. We did not realize this ac; had been reconfigured until we boarded the same ac the next day. On this flight departing the next day we had a #3 join our crew. This is when we realized our mistake. Flight attendants need to be made aware that these aircraft are entering the system before the date when they are expected.
