Narrative:
Descending into iah on the mscot arrival we were given three runway assignments; the last being runway 27. When we entered runway 27 into the FMC; the altitude dropped out at bysun intersection. We caught the omission; but crossed the fix approx 400 ft high.

Title: B757 flight crew reported crossing BYSUN high after runway assignment was changed three times on arrival to IAH.
Narrative: Descending into IAH on the MSCOT arrival we were given three runway assignments; the last being RWY 27. When we entered RWY 27 into the FMC; the altitude dropped out at BYSUN intersection. We caught the omission; but crossed the fix approx 400 FT high.
