Narrative:
Upon roll out after landing nose tire deflated and started a fire causing minor damage to the nose gear area of the airplane. Tower was advised of the fire. Fire trucks were dispatched. Aircraft fire extinguisher was emptied on nose tire and extinguished fire. Fire trucks continued with foam to keep tire from reigniting. No injuries. Tires were inspected prior to flight. Tire was in good condition.

Title: AC90 pilot reported a nose gear tire failed after landing; resulting in a fire in the nose gear area.
Narrative: Upon roll out after landing nose tire deflated and started a fire causing minor damage to the nose gear area of the airplane. Tower was advised of the fire. Fire trucks were dispatched.
