Narrative:
Passing FL420 for FL430 #4 engine flamed out and #3 engine overtemped due to surge resulting from airflow distortion into engine. Immediate descent begun and both engines relit by FL350 and operated normally. Continued to destination (hkg) and engines operated normally.

Title: ACR WDB ENGINE FLAMEOUT AND ENGINE SURGING AT FL420.
Narrative: PASSING FL420 FOR FL430 #4 ENGINE FLAMED OUT AND #3 ENGINE OVERTEMPED DUE TO SURGE RESULTING FROM AIRFLOW DISTORTION INTO ENGINE. IMMEDIATE DSCNT BEGUN AND BOTH ENGINES RELIT BY FL350 AND OPERATED NORMALLY. CONTINUED TO DEST (HKG) AND ENGINES OPERATED NORMALLY.
