Narrative:
I was attempting to chock aircraft according to procedures; had chocks and cones on golf cart. After setting the brakes on the cart I took a pair of chocks from the cart and was heading towards the back wheels; then the cones fell on the gas pedal and the golf went racing towards the aircraft; I attempted to stop the cart but it was coming too fast and had to step out of the way and the cart hit the wing of the aircraft.
