ATC directed 300 knots or greater as long as possible below 10;000 feet due to spacing. Captain flew 320 knots until 3;000 feet and 12 miles from limes. Even though waived by ATC; we made the 210 knot restriction at limes. Captain wanted this filed.ATC directed high speed below 10;000 feet. We complied with ATC instructions.
