Narrative:
A diabetic passenger complained of illness. On the advice of a doctor on board and the mayo clinic, we returned to narita to get hospital attention for the passenger. We landed at narita with a gross weight of 648000 pounds, as our company recommends. Our maximum landing gross weight is 630000 pounds for the aircraft.
