Narrative:
[I] could have cleaned my window before I told him to back up. I should have spun around first before moving back...flight finished dicing; told my driver to back up while I started to spin; my window where fogged up couldn't see clearly; so when I went to clean my window we were close to the wing so I told my driver to stop we hit the wing.
