Narrative:
Enroute; at cruise altitude we received a right engine oil press EICAS message. Further inspection of the engine instruments reviled zero oil quantity as well. The captain called for the engine shutdown checklist and it was accomplished in accordance with the 757 QRH. We diverted to the nearest suitable airport.

Title: B757 First Officer reports an EICAS message for low oil pressure at cruise altitude. When the engine instruments are checked oil quantity is found to be zero. The engine is shut down and the flight diverts to the nearest suitable airport.
Narrative: Enroute; at cruise altitude we received a R ENG OIL PRESS EICAS message. Further inspection of the engine instruments reviled ZERO oil quantity as well.
