Narrative:
On the accra SID out of mke after 10;000 feet; we indicated 300K. When center said we could resume normal speed we then saw on chart that 250 knots was the speed. We both checked and talked about the SID before pushback and did not see speed restriction. The 250 speed restriction needs to be easier to notice.

Title: The flight crew of an air carrier twin jet departing MKE on the ACCRA RNAV SID failed to note the restriction to maintain 250 knots until advised by ATC. They cited the format of the chart as a contributing factor.
Narrative: On the ACCRA SID out of MKE after 10;000 feet; we indicated 300K. When Center said we could resume normal speed we then saw on chart that 250 knots was the speed. We both checked and talked about the SID before pushback and did not see speed restriction. The 250 speed restriction needs to be easier to notice.
