Narrative:
On the first overnight of a 3-DAY trip, the crew went off duty at XA30. Report time the next morning was XB00, indicating a period of reduced rest. The second day consisted of 14.5 hours of duty, with an off-duty time of XC45. The report time on the third day was XD00, indicating another period of reduced rest. The 3RD day was not as long as the previous two, but by that time, fatigue was a significant factor in cockpit performance.

Title: ACCUMULATIVE FATIGUE FROM SUCCESSIVE MINIMUM OR SHORT LAYOVERS BY FLT CREW.
Narrative: ON THE FIRST OVERNIGHT OF A 3-DAY TRIP, THE CREW WENT OFF DUTY AT XA30. REPORT TIME THE NEXT MORNING WAS XB00, INDICATING A PERIOD OF REDUCED REST. THE SECOND DAY CONSISTED OF 14.5 HRS OF DUTY, WITH AN OFF-DUTY TIME OF XC45. THE REPORT TIME ON THE THIRD DAY WAS XD00, INDICATING ANOTHER PERIOD OF REDUCED REST. THE 3RD DAY WAS NOT AS LONG AS THE PREVIOUS TWO, BUT BY THAT TIME, FATIGUE WAS A SIGNIFICANT FACTOR IN COCKPIT PERFORMANCE.
