Narrative:
The incident occurred due to a loss of the engine oil drain plug. Several items on the engine were not airworthy, however it is possible that the drain plug was loosened by someone prior to the flight. The engine was installed in the field, and the conditions were somewhat rushed. The aircraft flew from gainesville, tx, to rbd west/O incident, and I feel the aircraft may have been tampered with.
