Narrative:
Aircraft X was told to turn left at C10. I noticed alley was full so told him make sure to clear the hold short line. If he can't to turn right on charlie taxiway and double back C11 to the gate. At C10 numerous aircraft do not clear the hold short lines especially when they can't get in the alley. Ramp is usually the one that holds them short but not sure what the communication was at that time.runway 36R has one high speed turn off which is C10. The aircraft Y's always try to use this one even if they could make one earlier because it is closer to the gates. Ramp control sometimes holds them out of the ramp because there is no gate or the alley is blocked. Runway 36R definitely needs more high speed taxi ways. This would greatly help the clearing of the runway. Also ramp needs to understand the need for the aircraft to go north on charlie if they can't get them in.
