Narrative:
While performing a visual landing; at an uncontrolled airport; winds from north 350 @ 15 gusting 20.performed cross wind landing with left gear touching down first. Gust blew left wing back up; right main landing gear then contacted ground. Began to lose directional control.breaking conditions poor; ice on runway. Plane skidded off runway to the left into grass. Nose gear collapse and propeller strike ensued. No property damage. No injuries to pilot or 1 passenger. Both walked to FBO. FBO towned plane to maintenance hangar following incident.

Title: A PA46 pilot reports attempting to land in a strong crosswind on an icy runway and loses control. A runway excursion occurs and the nose gear collapses.
Narrative: WHILE PERFORMING A VISUAL LANDING; AT AN UNCONTROLLED AIRPORT; WINDS FROM NORTH 350 @ 15 GUSTING 20.PERFORMED CROSS WIND LANDING WITH LEFT GEAR TOUCHING DOWN FIRST. GUST BLEW LEFT WING BACK UP; RIGHT MAIN LANDING GEAR THEN CONTACTED GROUND. BEGAN TO LOSE DIRECTIONAL CONTROL.BREAKING CONDITIONS POOR; ICE ON RUNWAY. PLANE SKIDDED OFF RUNWAY TO THE LEFT INTO GRASS.
