Narrative:
4L newark 1 departure LNAV 90 degree x-w gusts 25 knots windshear advisory. Constant moderate turbulence on climb-out and level off 3000. Aircraft was climbing out of 1200 feet at the end of 4L. Above 2500 foot point flight director and LNAV departure dropped out of legs page/flight director did not have departure guidance. Constant static on departure freq. Level at 3000 encountered TCAS traffic advisory (TA) followed resolution advisory (RA) guidance. Clear of traffic continued 290 degree heading as per departure SID. Supervisor controller came on frequency with a heading and a climb. Flight continued normally.
