Narrative:

A303 computer system at dfw TRACON. System scattered at XA42Z, when it was processing track update information. The system recovered with critical data. This is the fourth failure of this type. The cause for this failure is unknown at this time. Previous failure dates attributed to this same problem occurred on 7/X/89, 7/Y/89 and 8/X/89.

Narrative: A303 COMPUTER SYS AT DFW TRACON. SYS SCATTERED AT XA42Z, WHEN IT WAS PROCESSING TRACK UPDATE INFO. THE SYS RECOVERED WITH CRITICAL DATA. THIS IS THE FOURTH FAILURE OF THIS TYPE.
