Narrative:

This is an automation issue. Both of these aircraft tagged up on the wrong scope. They tagged up on an 'east' tag which is radar departure east (high sector) instead of a 'D' tag which is satellite disney (low sector). The clearance delivery specialist check and modified both aircraft to the 'D' tab list but they both still tagged up on the wrong scope. Low level aircraft automating to the wrong scope has been an ongoing issue for many years at mco and has been on the backs of the controller workforce to fix. Fix the automation so aircraft tag up on the correct scope.
