Narrative:
We had a stuck mike on ground control 1 freq 121.75 for about 1 and 1/2 hours. No one even tried to go out and look for it. After discussing it with the front line manager (flm) it seems that no one even has equipment or the ability to locate stuck mikes on lax airport any more. That needs to be resolved. Many close calls. We had a go around and almost had a couple more. Someone on the airfield needs to be responsible for locating stuck mikes.
