Narrative:

Sjc clearance delivery issued clearance to 12,000 MSL. Departure control expected climb to 5000 MSL. Pilot flying corrected back to 5000 MSL after conflict of issued clearance and departure control resolved. Sjc clearance delivery and bay departure control not coordinated. They did not seem to know what was going on. On loupe six departure from sjc, procedure needs to be fully written out.

Narrative: SJC CLRNC DELIVERY ISSUED CLRNC TO 12,000 MSL. DEP CTL EXPECTED CLIMB TO 5000 MSL. PLT FLYING CORRECTED BACK TO 5000 MSL AFTER CONFLICT OF ISSUED CLRNC AND DEP CTL RESOLVED. SJC CLRNC DELIVERY AND BAY DEP CTL NOT COORDINATED. THEY DID NOT SEEM TO KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON. ON LOUPE SIX DEP FROM SJC, PROC NEEDS TO BE FULLY WRITTEN OUT.
