Narrative:
After checking the approach path; I began making my takeoff call on the local CTAF while simultaneously moving onto the runway 34. Just after crossing the holdshort line; another aircraft made a call that they were on short final and that I had cut them off. I stopped about one aircraft's length over the holdshort line and waited for the aircraft on final to land. The landing aircraft flew over at about 100 feet and landed about 300 feet down the runway.
