Narrative:
While returning from outer ramp after engine check with mechanic, I hit an small aircraft parked and tied down at least 8' in front of parking space. Left wing tip hit propeller and nose of parked aircraft. Right engine was uncowled and I heard a bang on right side and while distracted by loose cowling side I failed to maintain clearance on left side.
