Narrative:
Salt lake ARTCC issued us a clearance from bzn to bil with a void time of AM37Z. Our scheduled departure time was AM35Z. We began our taxi early at am 30Z to comply with the void time. We took off at PM37Z. After communicating with bzn FSS for traffic advisories and company for traffic advisories we departed and contacted salt lake ARTCC on frequency 132.4 and he advised that we departed at PM40Z according to bzn FSS. According to our clock, we departed at PM37Z. Supplemental information from acn 126961: overhead bzm VOR at 12000' at PM42 center advised us that FSS said we departed at PM40 (3 mins difference). We departed at PM37.
