Narrative:
It was a short VFR flight from fxe to boca raton airport (uncontrolled airfield). The captain filed the flight plan to complete the charter to tune airport, nashville, tn. After boarding a passenger at boca airport the captain said we were ready to go when I reached the airport as he was already there and had done the flight planning. After departing fxe, we contacted miami approach for advisories for the 7 mi trip. When miami approach approved a frequency change, they did not give us the advisory frequency. The captain told me to announce our arrival on 122.9 and entered a left-hand pattern. Both the frequency and left-hand pattern (runway 23) were wrong. After turning final a small airplane doing a touch and go extended his time on the runway and we went around. Coming back around while turning final a twin engine airplane turned final ahead and we went around again. Upon departure (runway 23) boca I advised the captain of the jet aircraft hold short area, which was disregarded and proceeded onto the runway after I pointed out aircraft holding short, on the runway and short final. It was a lack of flight planning, courtesy, and judgement. I was embarrassed to be there.

Title: BIZJET COMMITS MULTIPLE DEVIATIONS FROM PROPER TRAFFIC PATTERN PROCS AT UNCONTROLLED ARPT AND EXPERIENCES 2 CONFLICTS, ONE CRITICAL GND AND ONE NMAC.
Narrative: IT WAS A SHORT VFR FLT FROM FXE TO BOCA RATON ARPT (UNCONTROLLED AIRFIELD). THE CAPT FILED THE FLT PLAN TO COMPLETE THE CHARTER TO TUNE ARPT, NASHVILLE, TN. AFTER BOARDING A PAX AT BOCA ARPT THE CAPT SAID WE WERE READY TO GO WHEN I REACHED THE ARPT AS HE WAS ALREADY THERE AND HAD DONE THE FLT PLANNING. AFTER DEPARTING FXE, WE CONTACTED MIAMI APCH FOR ADVISORIES FOR THE 7 MI TRIP. WHEN MIAMI APCH APPROVED A FREQ CHANGE, THEY DID NOT GIVE US THE ADVISORY FREQ. THE CAPT TOLD ME TO ANNOUNCE OUR ARR ON 122.9 AND ENTERED A LEFT-HAND PATTERN. BOTH THE FREQ AND LEFT-HAND PATTERN (RWY 23) WERE WRONG. AFTER TURNING FINAL A SMALL AIRPLANE DOING A TOUCH AND GO EXTENDED HIS TIME ON THE RWY AND WE WENT AROUND. COMING BACK AROUND WHILE TURNING FINAL A TWIN ENGINE AIRPLANE TURNED FINAL AHEAD AND WE WENT AROUND AGAIN. UPON DEP (RWY 23) BOCA I ADVISED THE CAPT OF THE JET ACFT HOLD SHORT AREA, WHICH WAS DISREGARDED AND PROCEEDED ONTO THE RWY AFTER I POINTED OUT ACFT HOLDING SHORT, ON THE RWY AND SHORT FINAL. IT WAS A LACK OF FLT PLANNING, COURTESY, AND JUDGEMENT. I WAS EMBARRASSED TO BE THERE.
