Narrative:
White smoke coming from 1A bulkhead and flight attendant reported fire.all preflight and normal checklist items complete. After pushback; flight attendant called and reported fire in cabin. Reported to ATC fire in cabin and evacuating. Completed evacuate/evacuation checklist. Flight attendant was using fire extinguisher at smoke source which was row 1A bulkhead at corner of ceiling and forward wall. Began evacuate/evacuation [through the] over wing exits. Upon personal inspection it appeared threat was eliminated and recalled passengers off wing as it was raining and would be slippery. Aircraft fire rescue came and confirmed no more threat with ir sensor. All passengers deplaned via stairs out main cabin door. No injuries reported.
