Narrative:
Approaching from the west at 3;000 feet; I was cleared for the visual approach runway 3R from approach and told to contact tower. After I contacted tower; I was cleared to land runway 3R. When I started my visual approach I saw a C-130 circling north of me clockwise. Then I got a TCAS alert and noticed the C-130 was going right underneath me. I'm guessing he was at 2;000 feet and I was at 2;300 feet. I leveled off until he went under me; then made my landing on runway 3R.
