Narrative:
*Pilot of small transport had only 1 hour's sleep prior to being called out on a 4 leg trip in IFR conditions. It was early, early a.M. WX conditions were a 200' ceiling and visibility of about 6000' RVR. A rolling takeoff was initiated with aircraft apparently straddling the centerline lights. Reporter complains of low cockpit and distorted visibility due to use of taxi and landing lights. Reflection within the cockpit is thought to have created a 'false' set of lights further to the right, therefore giving an illusion of lights to the right that were nonexistent. Reporter further complains of the company calling them at any hour of the day or night (mostly night) and getting inadequate rest. The evidence that concerns the pilot re: a possible bad line up was the fact that 3 runway lights were damaged on the right side of the runway and that the aircraft tires, nose wheel and right side had glass splinters embedded in them. The 3 legs were flown in that condition and pilot doesn't know how he could have done such a thing. High setting on HIRL is thought to be a factor.

Title: PLT OF SMT REPORTS THE POSSIBILITY OF HAVING LINED UP OVER THE RIGHT SIDE OF RWY FOR TKOF AND DESTROYING 3 RWY LIGHTS. ACFT TIRES HAD GLASS SPLINTERS IMBEDDED IN TREAD.
