Narrative:
I was flying to kfsd. I was near kdbq when chicago center on 133.95 advised traffic 3 miles 5500 traveling northeast. Then it was 2 miles 6000 finally at 1 mile was vector to a heading of 180. When in the turn I saw a cirrus no more than 200 above me and 500 feet horizontal. I could clearly make out his tail numbers but can't recall.
