Narrative:
Approximately 10 nm from ork while monitoring CTAF on a heading of 125 I began to make a controlled descent. While making visual scans I observed a high wing cessna type aircraft passing in front and below my position. I immediately took evasive action by maneuvering my aircraft to the right. The high wing cessna did not appear to take any evasive action. Contributing factors included the slightly hazy conditions along with my aircraft being low wing and the other aircraft being high wing.
