Narrative:
Departed dfw with MEL item; left pack inop. On takeoff about 4000 ft we had a right bleed fault. Leveled aircraft at 6000 ft. In accordance with QRH procedures; right pack was restored. Returned to dfw [and executed an] over weight landing. Touch down was smooth; less than 200 ft per min; on speed. Crash fire rescue equipment inspected aircraft nothing unusual reported. Returned to gate.

Title: After dispatching with one pack inoperative; the aircraft had the other bleed trip which resulted in no pressurization; a very hot cabin; and a return to the departure airport at DFW.
