Narrative:
On departure from mdw we found it necessary to accelerate our aircraft to a safe speed. This caused us to increase our turn radius and thereby exceed the 4 mi limitation in the SID. We had no means of predicting or controling this event.

Title: FLT CREW OF CORPORATE MLG CLAIMS INABILITY TO CONFORM TO SID DUE ACFT WEIGHT.
Narrative: ON DEP FROM MDW WE FOUND IT NECESSARY TO ACCELERATE OUR ACFT TO A SAFE SPEED. THIS CAUSED US TO INCREASE OUR TURN RADIUS AND THEREBY EXCEED THE 4 MI LIMITATION IN THE SID. WE HAD NO MEANS OF PREDICTING OR CTLING THIS EVENT.
