Narrative:

We were cleared for the RNAV visual approach to runway 19R at las. Everything was normal; and at about 500 ft AGL; we received a TCAS traffic alert. We were fully configured at the time; and the first officer then saw two helicopters (flying very close to each other) just to the right of our flight path; about 200 feet lower than we were. I initiated a go-around; and we told tower of the TCAS event. We were never informed by ATC of any traffic at all during any phase of the approach. We then received vectors to an uneventful landing on 25L.
