Narrative:
After arrival was informed by flight attendant that a passenger reported that an access panel on top of the left wing appeared to only have one fastener holding it on and that it was fluttering in flight. Upon further investigation it was found that 15 out of 17 screws were missing. Installed fasteners in panel and made a log entry.
