Narrative:
I descended aircraft X outside of the lateral boundary of my airspace. The old LOA with ZID; gave lex control of aircraft operating on the STAR into sdf. The current (new) LOA does not give lex control.find out if the 'control' was an honest omission from the new LOA.

Title: A LEX Controller reported of descending an aircraft outside of the lateral boundary of his airspace. A new LOA does not give LEX control of the aircraft. The Controller wanted to find out if the 'Control' was left out of the new LOA.
