Pilot said aircraft was flying out of trim. Maintenance adjusted and flew aircraft after preflight. Trim was adjusted and second flight made. On second flight left hand aileron moved back from outboard hinge. Aircraft was flown back to airport. Found left outboard hinge pin missing and aileron bent.

Title: A Maintenance Inspector reported the loss of an aileron hinge pin during a test flight following adjustments for an out of trim condition.
Narrative: Pilot said aircraft was flying out of trim. Maintenance adjusted and flew aircraft after preflight. Trim was adjusted and second flight made.
